K.C. Lovejoy was selected to be inducted into the NAE4-HA National 4-H Hall of Fame at the National 4-H Center on April 5, 2003.

- State Centennial Conversations were held in Bangor and Portland on January 21, 2002.

- Brenda Zollitsch, Director of the Foundation, and Polly Meloy, Development Professional, are featured in the February 2002 issue of Maine IS Technology, a newsletter highlighting the information services technology of the Maine State Government. Their article is "4-H Offers New Access through the Web."
