Like their Austrian
counterparts, Program participants are housed in dormitories or rent private
rooms in or near Salzburg. (Unlike the USA, dorms are not associated with
the University system.) Austrian standards of cleanliness
are high. There are a good selection of comfortable rooms listed online
with the Austrian Student Union, the Salzburg University website and the
daily newspaper.
Once you have arrived the Resident Director can be of help. As
soon as you have been notified of your acceptence you should find a room.
Rooms are at a premium and early application is strongly suggested.
