Our online card office allows you to deposit funds into your MaineCard accounts using a credit card. If you know someone's name and Campus ID you can add funds to their account using the Guest Deposit feature. Alternatively, you can log in using your MaineStreet credentials to view transaction history and statements in addition to depositing funds to your accounts.
How to Make a Guest Deposit
1. Browse to http://www.courses.maine.edu
2. Click the Card Services tab.

3. Enter the first name, last name, and 7-digit student ID for the cardholder that will be receiving the deposit. Click "Deposit Funds".
Note: Be sure to enter the name in proper case (capitalize the first letter).

4. Fill out the required fields and click "Submit" to deposit funds.
How to Make an Deposit into Your Own Account
1. Browse to http://www.courses.maine.edu
2. Enter your MaineStreet login and password and click "Login".

3. Once logged in, click the Card Services tab.

4. Choose "Deposits" from the list of modules.

5. Fill out the required information and click "Submit" to deposit funds into your account.
Viewing Transaction History
Your account activity and current balance information can be viewed in real-time through the Transaction History module.
1. Click the Card Services tab.

2. Choose the Transaction History module.

2. Select your date and account filters and click OK.
