·         Performed testing to have rolled formed threads certified for plant use.

·         Programmed (CNC) entire line to run new product, increased capacity of the plant.

·         Was in charge of producing all of the Standard Operating Procedures for the machining side of the plant.

·         Ran trials, with an engineer, of different types of tooling to see which tools performed best. 

                Tests resulted in a change of the tool supplier, which doubled tool life.
