Biography
Don Naber, associate professor of biological sciences at University
College Bangor, has been teaching at the college level since 1975. He
teaches microbiology, human biology, and pathophysiology and is
coordinator of sciences at UCB. As an adjunct for the UMaine School of
Nursing, he teaches pathophysiology, which in the spring semester is
offered on instructional television.
Don, his wife Martha, director of educational programs at Kennebec
Valley Community College, the youngest of their two children, a few
hives of bees, a couple of greyhounds, and other pets all live in
Waterville. He completed the doctoral degree in 2000, and remembers the
other side of the classroom.
