Exhibiting at the Conference

The 2004 Maine Water Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 21 from 8am-4pm at the Augusta Civic Center, Augusta, Maine. We anticipate that over 300 water resource professionals will attend this event, including representatives from private companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Display space is limited so exhibitors should register early. Exhibitor fees are as follows and include luncheon and registration for one attendee:

  • Full table (8' display area) - $150
  • 1/2 table (4' display area) - $75

The Augusta Civic Center opens at 7:30am the morning of the Conference for exhibitor set-up. Registration begins at 8am and the plenary session starts at 8:30am. Breaks are scheduled throughout the conference to give participants ample time to view exhibits.

Exhibitors are welcome to bring stand-up displays. We will supply tables with skirts and tablecloths, and also easels if needed. If you require an easel (8ft x 4ft) please contact us ahead of time at UMGMC@maine.edu. If you have special needs, such as access to electrical outlets, please note them on the registration form.

How to Register

Registration forms are available for download as Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat documents. Both forms can be filled out on your computer and then printed out. We are not yet able to take on-line registrations.

If you are paying by credit card of Purchase Order, you may mail, fax (207/581-2725) or e-mail (UMGMC@maine.edu) your completed registration form. If you are paying by check, please return the completed registration form with payment (payable to the University of Maine), to the address below. If you are registering additional attendees, please complete a separate Individual Registration Form for each person.
