Exhibiting at the Maine Water Conference

The 2007 Maine Water Conference will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2007from 7:30am-4pm at the Augusta Civic Center North Wing, Augusta, Maine. We anticipate that over 350 water resource professionals will attend this event, including representatives from private companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Display space is limited so exhibitors should register early. Exhibitor fees are as follows and include lunch and registration for one attendee:

  • Full table (8' display area) - $180
  • 1/2 table (4' display area) - $90

The Augusta Civic Center opens at 7:00am the morning of the Conference for exhibitor set-up. Registration begins at 7:30am and the first session starts at 8:30am. Breaks are scheduled throughout the conference to give participants ample time to view exhibits. Please check the MWC agenda for break times.

Exhibitors are welcome to bring stand-up displays. Please let us know if you will be bringing such a display so appropriate accommodations can be made. Tables with skirts and tablecloths will be provided. If you have special needs, such as access to electrical outlets, please note them on the registration form.

How to Register

Registration forms are available for download as Adobe Acrobat documents. Forms can be filled out on your computer and then printed. We are not yet able to take on-line registrations.

If you are paying by credit card of Purchase Order, you may mail, fax (207/581-3320) or e-mail (UMGMC@maine.edu) your completed registration form. If you are paying by check, please return the completed registration form with payment (payable to the University of Maine), to the address below. If you are registering additional attendees, please complete a separate Individual Registration Form for each person. The registration fee for additional attendees is $38.
