Choosing a sorority
is one of the most important decisions a young woman will make during her
college career. Since the very beginning, Alpha Phi has continually been
innovative leaders. Alpha Phi is known as a "Fraternity" because it was
founded before the term sorority had been coined. It was the first female
Fraternity to build a chapter house, to publish a continuous publication, to
select delegates to visit collegiate chapters and even to launch a Website!
Alpha Phi is a sisterhood of individuals who share a commitment to excellence in
everything they do and a passionate desire to help each other along the way.
We seek to equip our women with the skills to exemplify the Alpha Phi spirit of
leadership, philanthropy, friendship and learning.
