Its purpose is to collect data on a farm in order to share that data with another agency. We were thinking in terms of farm transfer. The form does not need to be completely filled out. The idea is to get info down in such a manner that the next person going to the farm will not have to ask all of the same questions again. The person who fills out the form may have a responsibility to get it to other organizations, if so, it should be noted on the 'to do list.'
