Virtual Galleries
The Department of Art Gallery provides
the University of Maine and its surrounding community with direct access
to exhibitions of contemporary art on the Orono campus. An integral
program of the Department of Art, the Art Gallery functions as a vital
learning laboratory for students from across campus, provides critical
opportunities for faculty research and creative activity, and encourages
public access to diverse forms of contemporary art from Maine and
beyond.
