A former Wall Street attorney with a prior performing arts career on and off Broadway, Ms. Cotsirilos has resided in Orono since 1996. Now a management consultant, she works statewide and nationally to guide organizations in human services, health care, conservation, education and the arts through transition and growth. She serves on UMaine’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Advisory Board, is a former member of the Collins Center for the Arts Advisory Board and is a former officer of United Way of Eastern Maine’s Board of Directors. She participated in a judicial screening panel for a U.S. District Court vacancy, authored elections reform legislation and presents SkillBuilders for the Maine Association of Nonprofits. Ms. Cotsirilos earned a BA cum laude in Comparative Literature from Brown University in 1968, an MMA in Singing from the Yale Music School in 1971, and a JD from the Yale Law School in 1989. She is licensed to practice law in Maine and New York.
