DECLARATION OF INTEREST
Students who are
interested in pursuing the MBA program as a fifth year of their academic
program must first fill out this “declaration of interest” form.
By filling out
this form, it does not obligate the student to ultimately apply to the MBA
program, and it does not imply any offer of admission into the MBA
program. The purpose of the form is to
simply have documentation about who might be applying for the MBA program, and
at what time, to help in planning.

registers his or her interest in the five-year MBA program agrees to read the
program information for the five-year MBA. Students are welcome to set up an
appointment with the business school graduate director for additional
information.
