Undergraduate Programs - Finance

Business School studentsEmployment opportunities in finance include financial management in business, management and non-profit organizations; commercial and investment banking; and brokerage. The concentration in finance focuses on three general, interrelated areas: (1) the structure and functioning of financial markets and institutions (2) the methods of financing business operations; and (3) security selection and portfolio management for both individual and institutional investors. Recent graduates have been able to advance rapidly within their initial industry choice and also have been able to shift easily in response to attractive opportunities in other institutions.
