Membership and Policy Information - Equipment Rental Policies

• Customers must pay full rental fee in advance to reserve equipment.
• Equipment can be reserved in person or over the phone during open hours.
• There is no charge for reservations cancelled more than 2 days in advance.
• 50% of fee charged if cancelled fewer than 2 days in advance.
• No refunds for equipment not picked up.
• Some equipment may require a security deposit
• Attention: For tent rentals, you need to set the tent up for drying and inspection upon return.
• Equipment returned late will be subject to base rate x days late, plus a $10 late fee.
• Items are expected to be returned clean. There is a $10 per item charge for each item that we must clean.
• You are responsible for the full costs of repair or replacement if gear is damaged, lost or stolen.
