Membership and Policy Information - Annual Locker Rentals
ALL lockers are expiring on Friday January 15, 2010!
If you would like to keep your locker, you need to renew it
no later than Friday January 15 at 4:00 p.m.
New Lockers Go On Sale Monday January 18 at 12:00 noon!
Prospective renters will be asked to line up in order of arrival on Court #1 (benches will be available), and everyone will be added to a list in that order.
Locker sales will begin at 12:00 p.m. and continue as long as we have lockers available.
Phone payments via credit card are allowed... call 581-1082 after 12:00 p.m. only. At the time of your call, your name and phone number will be added to the list. When your turn comes, we will call you. If you are unavailable when we call, we will move your name to the bottom of the list.

Locker Rooms
There are three SRFC locker rooms: Men's, Women's, and Family/Assisted. All are fully accessible and centrally located. They allow easy access to all activity spaces and the pool deck. The state-of-the-art, climate-controlled locker facilities feature private showers, suit dryers, baby diaper changing stations, benches, weight scales, and lockers.
Locker Room Policies
- If you are bringing a child with you who is of the opposite gender and 3+ years old, please use the Family/Assisted locker room located
in the pool access hallway.
- All members are responsible for respecting and protecting the privacy and welfare of others, so please, no cell phone or camera use while in the locker rooms.
- For safety and sanitation reasons, please, no food in the locker rooms.
- Campus Recreation and the Student Recreation and Fitness Center are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
- Lockers that are not renewed by the posted date will be cleared and readied for rental.
- Personal locks are prohibited from use on rental lockers and will be removed from the lockers.
- Be sure to report suspicious individuals or activity to SRFC staff at the Equipment Issue Room or Entry Desk.
Lockers
In the Men's and Women's locker rooms there are both "daily use only" lockers and long term rental lockers. In the Family/Assisted locker room, lockers are available for daily use only.
- Rental lockers are available only to SRFC members.
- Annual locker rental period is September 1 - August 31.
- Academic locker rental period is September 1 - May 31.
- Summer locker rental period is June 1 - August 31.
- Semester period is by the semester calendar.
- Lockers may be rented at the Membership Desk anytime, on a first come, first served basis.
- Locker renewal is only possible for full year rentals and consecutive rental periods.
- When locker rentals are not renewed, locker renters should be sure to clear out their lockers by the last day of their rental period.

Daily Use Lockers
Each locker room has designated lockers for individuals interested in "daily use only" lockers.
Daily Use Locker Policies and Procedures
Individuals using a day locker in the SRFC must follow the following procedures:
- You may use your own lock, or check out a lock from the Equipment Issue Room
- SRFC locks must be returned to the Equipment Issue Room on the same day that they are checked out. Individuals who lose or do not return locks will be assessed a replacement fee.
- All day locks and locker contents must be removed by day's end.
- Day lockers not cleared out by the end of each day are subject to removal of the lock and all items in the locker. Items may be picked up at the Equipment Issue Room within 24 hours. After 24 hours all items not picked up will be placed in lost and found.
