Programs - Sport Clubs - Game Agreement In order to try to provide you with the easiest facility scheduling experience, please take a moment to fill out this request/agreement. This insurance shall provide coverage applicable to this contest as well as transportation involved. Liability: Each participating institution or school agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the University of Maine, its trustees, employees and students from and against all liability, loss, damage, or expense of any nature, suffered by anyone affiliated with the participating institution or school and which arises out of the conduct of this contest, including transportation to and from the venue, except to the extent such liability, loss, damage, or expense is the result of the gross negligence or intentional acts of the University of Maine, its Trustees, employees, or students. Absolutely NO alcohol will be permitted before, during, or after the Sport Club match/game.
