FREE Equipment Orientation: Our trained Fitness Attendants will show you around the facility, giving you detailed information on the use of any piece of equipment in the building.

FREE Training Tip Tuesdays: Have you been wondering how to get six-pack abs, or whether it's best for you to focus on cardio or strength training? Every Tuesday, throughout the day, our Certified Personal Trainers are available in the Rec Center for you to pick their brains for FREE! You'll see them, they wear red Campus Recreation polo shirts so they're easy to find!

Fitness Assessment: The fitness assessment is a very important tool to benchmark one’s current fitness levels in order to develop accurate exercise recommendations, establish reasonable fitness goals, chart progress, and determine current health status. After gathering this information, results will be interpreted and provided in a professional report for you to keep. Member: $20; Non-member: $27.

Fitness Consultation: One of our Personal Trainers will give you advice on the most effective and efficient ways to attain your fitness goals. A Fitness Assessment is not required prior to this service. Member: $15; Non-member: $22.

Body Composition: A body composition analysis, which is included in a Fitness Assessment, is a means of discovering the percentage of body fat an individual has. You are given your results and interpretation within minutes. Member: $12; Non-member: $19.

Individual Personal Training: A personal trainer is involved in developing and applying effective physical activity programs to help individuals achieve their personal fitness goals. Modify your physique, improve your overall health, obtain your optimal health and fitness ambitions, and receive a fitness program on session completion. A Fitness Assessment is required before any Personal Training services may be rendered. Member: 1-3 sessions: $25/session; 5 sessions: $110. Non-member: 1-3 sessions: $30/session; 5 sessions: $130. Please contact us for 8-, 12-, and 20-session package rates.

Buddy Training: Sign up for sessions with a friend and enjoy personalized training at a lower price in a comfortable setting. A Fitness Assessment is required before any Buddy Training services may be rendered. Prices below are per person. Two person maximum group size. Member: 1-3 sessions: $20/session; 5 sessions: $83. Non-member: 1-3 sessions: $25/session; 5 sessions: $103. Please contact us for 8-, 12-, and 20-session package rates.

FREE Athletic Training: The SRFC will be hosting Cutler’s athletic trainers from 2-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Wellness Suite. They can answer questions, provide referrals, and offer suggestions on how to care for or rehab an injury. These drop-in hours are for consultations only and are not to receive treatments.

Massage Therapy: In collaboration with Cutler Health Service, Campus Recreation will be offering Massage Therapy at the Student Recreation and Fitness Center. To schedule an appointment, call (207) 581-4000. Massage therapy will be available in the SRFC Wellness Suite from 2-7pm, Mondays and Wednesdays. The Massage Therapists are the same folks who work at Cutler, and rates are the same: $15 for 15 minutes; $25 for 30 minutes; $45 for 55 minutes, and $70 for 90 minutes.

Wellness Seminars: We will be partnering with other organizations on campus to offer wellness seminars to our participants at little or no cost! Stay tuned for details!
