WebTrac - Racquetball Court Reservations & Receipt Reprints

WebTrac can be used to reserve racquetball courts up to two days in advance, and to view the transaction history on your account. Please review the instructions below.

ID and Password

WebTrac IDs and Passwords are assigned at 5:00 p.m. each day. Therefore, you may log into WebTrac the first time one or more days after purchasing your new membership.

Your Household ID is your Campus Recreation Household Number. If you have a student- or employee-affiliated membership, your Household ID is the student's or employee's PeopleSoft number. Your original password is the Primary Guardian's last name. You will be required to change it the first time you log in.

Please accept our apologies, on Monday 2/4/08 your password was reset to your household's Primary Guardian's last name. We recommend that you change it immediately, although the system will not require it.

Your Account

When you log in, you will see your household's account transaction history. Under "My Account" on the left-side navigation menu, you may reprint your receipts or change your ID/Password.

Making a Racquetball Court Reservation

You can reserve a court up to two days in advance. That means the current day and two more days, so if it's Friday you can reserve a court for Sunday, but not for Monday. You are also allowed to reserve only one court, for one hour, per day.

On the left-side navigation menu, go to Shop > Facility Reservations > Calendar View. Choose one of the racquetball courts from a drop-down menu and then click Search. Court 1 runs "on the hour" and Court 2 runs "on the half hour". Both courts have 60-minute time slots. Click on the day on which you're interested in reserving that court.

If the day is marked "Max Days", it is not within the valid period for reservations. If it is marked "Partial", there is at least one reservation booked on that day. You will see days on the calendar that are marked "Partial" even though they are outside the valid reservation period; those reservations are for a class. If the day is marked "Open", there are no reservations for that day yet, and you are allowed to make one. If the day is marked "Fully Booked", that day is fully booked.

Click on the correct day, then choose the time period for which you would like the reservation. Click "Book Times".

Enter the number of people who will be playing, and click "Continue".

Click "Proceed To Checkout", or, if you would like to reserve a court on a different day, click "Continue Shopping".

When you have selected all your court reservations and have proceeded to checkout, you may still make changes to your reservation by clicking "Back" or "View Cart".

If you are finished, verify that your contact information is correct and then click "Go" or "Finish". Your receipt will be emailed to you.

Court Reservation Etiquette

Remember, if you approach the courts from the front of the building, Court 2 is the first court you'll come to, not Court 1. Make sure you use the correct court!

If you make a reservation and then decide not to play, please call 581-1082 to cancel your reservation. Our courts book up fast, and it's only fair to other members to release your reservation if you're not going to use it.

If you do not have a reservation, you are welcome to use empty courts under the following conditions:

  • In Court 1, if it is :15 or more past the hour, you may play until the reserving party arrives.
  • In Court 2, if it is :45 or more past the hour, you may play until the reserving party arrives.
  • When the reserving party arrives, please vacate the courts immediately and politely.
