and one shall be a personal reference

APPLICATION DEADLINES
To study in Canada for Fall Semester: ask for an application from the Canadian-American Center prior to January, and return all paperwork by March 1st
To study in Canada for Spring Semester: ask for an application from the Canadian-American Center prior to the second week in September, and return all paperwork by November 1st.
Submitting this application to the Canadian-American Center starts the process which can take several weeks to complete. Many of the Canadian universities request exchange student's applications prior to those of their regular students, so we ask you to start the process early enough to submit your application to the Canadian university by their deadlines.
