Conference Theme: Given increasing cross-border economic integration in the northeast, this conference will examine the current situation and future prospects.  Plenary speakers will address the general and specific contexts of integration, and four panel sessions will focus on current trends, case studies, political prospects, and economic prospects.  Proceedings of the conference will be published as a special issue of Canadian-American Public Policy.
