arriving, and to conduct an in-service workshop or create a new unit on Québec culture
during the 2006-2007 academic year.

Application Procedure

A) Please submit a one-page statement IN FRENCH of how the Institute will enhance your
teaching, and how you plan to integrate Québec culture in the classroom.

B) Please enclose a letter of support from your administration.

C) Mail or fax this form, the statement, and the letter of support to:

Application deadline: 15 April 2006

Notification will be in late April, and selection will be based on the applicant's ability to meet
program objectives. Applicants who are accepted will receive a reading assignment - in
French - to be completed prior to the beginning of the Institute.
