COSTS

The Teacher Resource Library's  curriculum materials for teaching about Canada are available for classroom use and to community groups. The Library loans these materials for the cost of  postage one-way plus insurance.  In order to maintain this public service, and to accommodate the many requests for materials, borrowers must agree to the following
terms:

TERMS FOR LENDING

* To reserve materials, contact the Teacher Resource Library at the Canadian-American Center at least one week in advance. Many videos are in demand and may not be available. However, every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

* Borrowers may request up to three items at a time. Return due date is 30 calendar days after receipt for most items.

* Materials must be insured for $100.00 whether returned via UPS or regular mail.

* The borrower is responsible for maintaining the condition of the materials during the borrowing period. The materials borrowed must be returned to the Teacher Resource Library on or prior to the due date marked on materials. A late fee of $5.00 per day may be charged unless an extension has been granted. The borrower is responsible for the replacement cost for lost or damaged items.
