All
interviews will be conducted in the Career Center, 3rd floor,
Memorial Union. Interviews begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30
p.m.; 30 minute interviews are scheduled. Please phone Cathy
Marquez, Assistant Director
Employer Relations, at (207) 581-1353 two or three days in advance
of your visit to verify your schedule.

will be available in the lot in front of The Maine Center for
the Arts. A map and parking permit will be sent to you prior to
your campus visit.

University
of Maine faculty are enthusiastic about meeting with you over
lunch during your visit to campus. Be sure to let us know that
you would like to meet with selected faculty, and we will be happy
to make the arrangements for you. Career Center staff members
would also be pleased to join you for lunch at your request.

eRecruiting
is a web based on-campus recruiting management system that makes
the process of coordinating on-campus interviews and transmitting
prescreening documents more efficient and accessible to students
and employers 24/7. Evening group information sessions can be
arranged and will also be announced on eRecruiting..

Employers
wishing to advertise their visits or job openings may do so in
the Maine
Campus, our campus newspaper.

Company Literature And Videotapes
Literature
received from companies will be placed in the Career Library for
review by students. Companies planning to interview at UMaine
are asked to provide a sufficient quantity of these materials
to be distributed to students who will be interviewed. In addition,
we would be pleased to receive a VHS/CD/DVD about your company.
Please send materials at least four weeks prior to your interview
date to allow students sufficient time to fully research your
organization.
