Customer Satisfaction Tracking - Pilot Test

An internet survey was conducted over the summer of 2006 to measure satisfaction of tourism and camping experiences in Maine. Information gathered by the project can be used to provide campground owners and managers with a means for monitoring the quality of their product, the camping experiences that they deliver and provide regional and state leaders with an indicator of the health of the campground industry in Maine. This represents a model for the broader lodging industry.

The survey was conducted with participating campgrounds. Customers who completed the online survey were entered into a drawing for an L.L. Bean gift certificate. The winners of this years gift certificates were:

In a phone conversation Tim Foley expressed how happy he was to win the L.L. Bean gift certificate. He stated that his wife was even more excited and couldn't wait for it to come in the mail.
