The Commuter Lounge is both a study and social lounge reserved for commuter and non-traditional students. The Commuter Lounge is open whenever the Memorial Union is open. In addition, it is staffed weekdays Monday thru Thursday 8AM to 11PM and Fridays 8AM to 9PM when classes are in session.

Located on the second floor of the Memorial Union, the lounge has a microwave oven and refrigerator available for student use.

Free coffee and tea is available during the day while the Commuter Lounge is staffed.

The lounge also serves as an information center, with numerous bulletin boards and brochure racks full of student information and notices of upcoming events.

Commuter lockers are available in the lounge for students to store their materials. There is a fee of $10 for the semester plus a $5 refundable key deposit. Locker rentals are available by speaking to any of the staff in the Commuter Lounge.
