Traffic into Orono will be extremely heavy and delays of up to 45 minutes to 1 hour may be encountered. Signs will be posted from I-95 exits 191 and 193 directing you to campus.

Alternate Route
You may elect to drive to Exit 197. Take a right off the exit ramp to Route 43 East. Drive for 3.5 miles through the city of Old Town. Route 43 East will change to Route 2 West. Continue for 3.4 miles and enter the University of Maine from the Park Street entrance and follow the signs to the appropriate
parking lots. Driving time will be approximately 20 minutes from Exit 197 to campus.
