Marybeth Allen, an associate graduate faculty and staff
speech language pathologist, holds specialty recognition in fluency disorders. She has a special interest in the Stuttering Clinic at the Conley Speech, Language and Hearing Center and also has a part-time private practice focusing on children and adults who stutter. As a person who stutters, she is active in the National Stuttering Association as
leader of the Eastern Maine Chapter and has participated in regional and national workshops.
Ms. Allen serves on the Continuing Education Committee of the Maine Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
