Susan Burgess is a part time departmental lecturer and staff speech-language pathologist. She provides clinical education and supervision for graduate students at the Conley Speech, Language and Hearing Center and in off-campus settings. Her experience in the field is diverse, as she has worked with both the preschool and school-age populations in various settings as well as with adult clients in homecare, skilled nursing, and long-term healthcare facilities.  In addition to supervision work at UM, she currently provides speech therapy services for residents of a skilled and long-term care facility.
