Nancy E. Hall, Associate Professor, is recognized for her expertise in fluency disorders and undergraduate research. Her areas of research include the relationship between language and fluency in early language acquisition in both typically developing children and those with communication disorders. Dr. Hall recently served on the ASHA Joint Coordinating Committee on Evidence Based Practice, and is a past editor of Perspectives in Fluency and Fluency Disorders, the peer-reviewed publication of ASHA's Special Interest Division in Fluency and Fluency Disorders. In addition to her responsibilities in the CSD department, Dr. Hall is the Director of the Center for Undergraduate Research (CUGR) at the University of Maine (http://www.cugr.umaine.edu/).
