Welcome!

The European Network on Conflict, Gender, and Violence promotes innovative strategies to deter interpersonal abuse and foster equality and respect.  Key areas include violence against women, gender-based violence, abuse in personal and social relationships, and violence prevention. The network is multidisciplinary and international and serves as a link between researchers, practitioners, and policy makers who are based in Europe or whose work centers on Europe, and who are interested in connections between research, practice, and policy.  The network electronically connects the members of these different communities and encourages cooperation across disciplinary, national, and cultural boundaries.
