Welcome to the official website of the University of Maine College Republicans.
As the newest addition to our campus outreach initiative, our website will serve as the most current portal for
the latest and most up-to-date information. Check here often for the latest news on events, meeting times, and
all other related College Republican issues.
There are a number of new features built into the site itself. If you have any
questions or comments, please feel free to e-mail the Officers or contact the website editor
via the Contacts page. Also, a page of links to important related websites has been
compiled and is available HERE.
MESSAGE BOARDS - The University of Maine College Republicans invite you to participate in our
Message Boards. Currently, any person with a valid .edu e-mail address may register as a user,
and we encourage debate and discussion on almost any topic. We ask only that all discussions be civil. This Forum is the fastest and most reliable
place to post questions to our members and officers. As a last notice, this is a new component to the site. If you experience problems with the
forum, please direct your questions to the Website Editor via the CONTACTS page.
NEXT MEETING - The next meeting is after Thanksgiving Break on Thursday, December 3rd at 5:00 PM in the FFA Room
in the Memorial Student Union.
NEW CONSERVATIVE TALK RADIO SHOW - There is a new Conservative Talk Radio show on WMEB 91.9 FM called
"Rock, Flag, & Eagle" which airs on Tuesday nights at 10:00 PM. The show archives all of their episodes and provides links to a streaming live feed on their website:
http://www.umaine.edu/rfe
OFFICE HOURS - Our office is located in the Wade Center in the Memorial Union on campus. There are no
fixed office hours at this point, but you may set up a meeting with any of the officers by using the contact page.
PROBLEMS OR SUGGESTIONS? - The website is a new addition to the UMAINE
College Republicans. There will likely be some errors opening the page, specifically through different browsers and operating
systems. We recommend using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, as well as running in a resolution higher than 800x600.
If you have any suggestions or experience any problems that are inherent with the website itself, please e-mail the website editor
via the Contacts page.
