So this is what I wrote to her:

I was once proud to say that I campaigned for you. I have been an ardent supporter of you in your last two campaigns, I handed out bumper stickers, marched in a parade for your campaign, and even have some of your campaign clothing. However, I find myself very disappointed with your recent vote in favor of 'the stimulus plan' (H.R.1). President Bush's 'stimulus plan' obviously didn't work, so why will this one? I have read some of the legislation and have found it to be chock full of pork, and money for ridiculous programs. Debt was a major factor in getting us into this mess, and a trillion dollars of new debt isn't going to get us out. Do you even realize how much a trillion dollars is! That is 12 zeros! In order to pay off this new debt every American man, woman, and child will have to pay an additional $3,000+ in taxes (assuming 300 million Americans). How is more taxes going to stimulate the economy?
