Routine health check-ups, evaluation and treatment of many short-term illness/injuries, treatment management and coordination of medical care (with an identified and patient authorized family or primary care physician) for ongoing medical condition, minor surgery, immunizations/allergy injections or physical examinations including:
Antarctic
Athletic Training Education (Pre-Clinical)
Nursing (Pre-Clinical)
ROTC (Non-Commission)
Scuba (Surface Diving Only)
Sport (Does not include NCAA Varsity Student Athlete Physical)
Travel
All Physical examinations require the completion of a Health History Questionnaire prior to scheduling an appointment. Call the Resource Office at 207.581.4185 to obtain additional information.
Rehabilitation Services including:
Acute & overuse and/or repetitive motion musculoskeletal conditions
Injuries resulting from activities related to:
- DanceDaily LivingRecreationSportsHigh Adventure
- Physical training or fitness
Rehabilitation of injuries related to Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) are not within our scope of practice.
