Graduate Assistants/Fellows Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan 08-09
Graduate Assistants/Fellows will be automatically enrolled in the student injury and sickness insurance plan unless proof of comparable medical insurance is provided with the online Graduate Assistant Process by the waiver deadline. The deadline to waive coverage is 10/10/08. Once enrolled, coverage cannot be cancelled and premium is non-refundable.
