ROLE IN OFFSHORE WIND ENERGY
How big a role will
offshore wind energy play in the future and what role will
researchers at the University of Maine have in developing wind
energy? Habib Dagher, director of the Advanced Structures and

Congress on energy security and offshore wind as a power source.
