Delta Tau Delta believes that in order for its members to succeed it must provide an environment in which learning and growth are encouraged.  To do this, the colony has set up several study aides to help its members strive at the University of Maine.

Director of Academic Affairs
   Our Director of Academic Affairs is in charge of of the Gamma Nu Academic Program. He is responsible for making sure that every brother performs satisfactorily in their schoolwork.  If a brother falls behind academically this is the man that he's going to be reporting to.

Minimum GPA
 
The minimum acceptable GPA for a brother of Gamma Nu has been raised to 2.40 from
2.25, effective Spring 2006.  This is to increase the standards of our chapter and to help us excel academically.
 
Fraternity GPA
 
For Fall 2005, the average GPA for Delta Tau Delta was 2.77, which was fourth of fifteen fraternities on campus and above the all-Greek, all-male, and all-fraternity GPA's.
