In order that we might be able to provide these offerings at a price as affordable as possible, we ask that you please abide the following guidelines. Thank you!
Overview:
All Simple Solutions products will be packed in paper containers, paper bags or biodegradable plastic.
Simple Solutions will be offered Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pickup will be in the Wells convenience market; if needed and feasible, other arrangements may be possible.
If you have special circumstances, arrangements may be made with the Catering Office by calling (207) 581-4718.
Services:
The discounted pricing reflects a limited menu, paper service and the fact that Black Bear Catering does not provide delivery, service during the event or cleanup after the event. These tasks are the responsbility of the sponsoring organization.
We require a TWO business day notice:
All orders should be placed at least two business days prior to the event. The order as submitted will serve as the final guarantee. Please call us at (207) 581-4718.
Clean is keen:
Each organization responsible for the cleanup of the area in which the event is being held. Events that are not cleaned in public areas of the University will result in a cleanup fee being charged back to the organization sponsoring the event.
Pickup times:
Please adhere to your scheduled pickup time. Black Bear Catering will not be responsible for food quality after a half-hour (30 minutes) past pickup time.
