The primary goal of the University of Maine Disability Support Services (DSS) is to create educational access for students with disabilities at UMaine by providing a point of coordination, information and education.

- Fill out and print our DSS Intake Form (PDF)
- Make an appointment to see one of our professional staff by calling 207.581.2319; your appointment will be at 121 East Annex (click for directions) on the University of Maine campus
