I am a physical glaciologist interested in the dynamics of glaciers and ice sheets, and their interaction with the climate system. My research group is working on a variety of topics related to ice sheet mass balance, including:

• dynamics and kinematics of rapid outlet glacier flow in Greenland
• ice-ocean interactions in Greenland
• subglacial floods and their affect on Antarctic outlet glacier flow
• spatial and secular patterns in polar snow accumulation
