The Math Forum is a collection of online math resources for students,
teachers and families
MathMagic Registration Site-MathMagic is a problem-solving project
conducted over the internet for grades K-3, 4-6, etc. Throughout the year,
different math problems are given to the teams to be solved. The problem
solving is conducted in pairs of teams--with each team coming from
different schools, different parts
of the country, or from different countries all together. Each team
consists of 4 students and a faculty advisor. Prior to embarking on a
joint challenge, teams exchange information--who they are, where they live,
what they like to do, etc. Once the problem is given out, they discuss
their approaches over the Internet in order to arrive at final answers.
