The Penquis Regional Administrative Support System (PRASS) is the approved organization for overseeing and recommending most administrative certificate renewals to the Maine Commissioner of Education. The College of Education and Human Development provides support, coordination and supervision of the recertification process of school administrators in Penobscot and Piscataquis (Penquis) counties.
