Forward the Paperwork
NOTE: OEO will review all search paperwork; notify you if changes are
required or recommended; sign off on the recruitment strategy form when
the paperwork is completed and approved; and forward all paperwork to
the appropriate senior administrator in Alumni Hall. OEO will notify
the initiating department when the senior administrator has signed the
Request to Fill, approving the initiation of the search. At this point,
the department may begin advertising/recruiting.
