Monday, September 29th:

  • Program officers from all of the National Science Foundation's Directorates will present information about their organization's mission, new initiatives, and funding opportunities.  Additional networking sessions with the program officers will also allow for more personal consultations.

  • An evening reception and poster session showcasing research being done in Maine will foster opportunities for potential future collaborations.

  • Learn more about EPSCoR/IDeA programs and funding opportunities.

Tuesday, September 30th:

Participate in a special NSF Proposal Writing Workshop presented by Dr. George Hazelrigg of NSF.

This workshop will allow participants to "review" actual NSF proposals - some funded and some rejected - and take part in simulated mock review panels led by NSF program officers.

*We extend our sincere apologies for the timing of this conference having to fall on a day of religious observation.
