 4:00-6:00 p.m.   Reception, Poster session, and Networking

                                     Opportunities (All conference rooms)

 

Researchers, students, or organizations participating in the conference are invited to bring a poster that showcases their current research and education efforts.

 

Please indicate when you register whether you are bringing a poster. 

 

Requested poster size is 24”x36” or 36”x24.”  Posters will be hung on vertical display boards, and Maine EPSCoR will provide hanging materials (i.e. push pins).  Please make sure that you put your name and contact information on the back of the poster.

 

Please plan on giving your poster to conference staff at the registration desk when you check in on that Monday morning, as they will be responsible for setting up the poster session during the afternoon.   However, please plan on removing your poster from the display board before you leave on Monday evening.

 

Special informational exhibits will also be available throughout the conference.

 

This event is designed to allow for networking opportunities that can lead to future potential collaborations.  A cash bar will be available and light appetizers will be served.
