Sally Medina
Forestry Day
Camp Natarswi
September 17, 2005

The Sally Medina Forestry Day was established to help Girl Scouts become more familiar with Maine’s woods.  Sally Medina was the first women graduate of the University of Maine Forestry Program.  She has also been a lifelong Girl Scout and has seen how much Girl Scouting has helped her career in Forestry.  Please enjoy the following presentation that shows the joy and learning that happened between the forestry students and Girl Scouts.  Even the heavy rains and winds of September 17 couldn't dampen the spirits of this group!
