Research Efforts:

This collaborative approach to forest ecosystem research has been and is leading to advances in our understanding of stand dynamics in the Acadian Forest Region. Further work will build upon the above studies and will likely include growth and economic analyses from the various silvicultural treatments. We hope that FERP will be a valuable asset to ecological research in the Northeast for many years to come.
