Newsletter
Join our e-mail mailing list to receive our club newsletter and notices of
meetings and other events. We are doing this through the (free) yahoogroups
service using a group name of UMaineFlying. (Note that by subscribing you
should not be exposed to any irrelevant junk e-mail.) You can quit at any time.
There are two methods to join:
If
you wish to sign up anonymously and only receive the e-mail newsletter and
other notices, then click
here to subscribe and send the message generated. The service will
send you a confirmation e-mail. Reply to that and you're in. Unsubscribe is
a similar process, regardless of which sign up method you use. Click
here to unsubscribe.
If clicking on the above link does not generate an automatic e-mail for
you, simply send an e-mail to:
UMaineFlying-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
Put the word subscribe into the subject line. Nothing else is
needed
If you wish to receive the e-mail and also have permission to log on to the service's web site to view the message archive, view the club calendar, etc. then you must go to the yahoogroups site and register. They will ask for a small amount of personal information (name, age, etc.) and let you select a password for login. For this, fill in your address below and click Join!
If you prefer you can do the first method to start with and later register with a password.
