Join us this summer to find out more about collecting, documenting and presenting the stories of people & their places at Story Bank Training. Sponsored by the Maine Folklife Center and Cultural Resources Inc., the four- day institute will train you to collect, document and present local stories.

Each day, participants will learn fieldwork techniques, audio and video recording, digital photography, archiving, and developing public presentations based on narratives. A team of documentary specialists and folklorists will guide you through the ethnographic process as well as basic documentary techniques.
