The Gift Processing Department serves as the central processing unit for all university contributions including gifts, pledges, and pledge payments. This includes receiving, recording, and legally receipting gifts in all forms – monetary and gift-in-kind.

Our goal is to ensure that donations are in compliance with federal regulations, are in accordance with donor intent, and that security and confidentiality is maintained in the processing of all records.

The Gift Processing Department also provides reports of all gift activity and is a resource for the university community on the procedures for processing donations.
