Dan Flannery, a student in the Intermedia MFA program, won Grand Prize Award in John Lennon Songwriting Contest

Dan Flannery, a student in the Intermedia MFA program has won a Grand Prize Award in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Flannery's song "One Wasn't Enough" won in the Children's category, and can be described as 'a catchy tune with funny lyrics.' He is also a finalist for both the Lennon Award, and the Maxell Song of the Year that will award $20,000 (winners to be announced in July 2009).
